Many researchers use proteomics as a research tool. BePA is organizing workshops for these users and for students early in their PhD in proteomics. In this Doctoral School (DS LSM) on Proteomics a broad selection of proteomics experts from Ghent will go through the entire workflow from sample preparation, over data acquisition to data analysis. At the end of the course, attendees will better understand the do’s and don’ts in proteomics and be able to design their own experiment in order to find an answer to their protein-related questions. It is a perfect occasion to get acquainted with both the wet and dry lab technologies. We plan the DS in September to help PhD candidates to prepare their defense for e.g. FWO.
